3. Structure Composition
This mobile jaw crusher consists of a heavy-duty jaw crushing host, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, mobile tire chassis, control cabinet, and diesel generator set (optional). The jaw plate adopts high manganese steel material for strong wear resistance. The integrated body structure ensures compact layout and stable driving performance.
4. Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, making the movable jaw plate continuously squeeze and vibrate against the fixed jaw plate. Raw stones are evenly sent into the crushing cavity by the feeder. After continuous extrusion, collision and grinding, the materials are crushed into required particle size and discharged from the bottom outlet. Finished stones are transported and stacked by the belt conveyor.
